Step 1
Cook Onions and garlic in butter until soft. Add tomatoes and simmer.
Step 2
Cool Slightly and blend until smooth
Step 3
Return to pan, add salt, pepper, sugar and herbs
Step 4
Stir in cream and serve hot with croutons or toast
