Step 1
Cook onions, ginger-garlic, and tomato puree in butter.
Step 2
Mix in garam masala, salt, sugar, and kasuri methi.
Step 3
Gently stir in paneer cubes and simmer for 5–7 minutes.
Step 4
Add cream, stir, and serve with naan or rice.
