Instructions

Step 1

Mix flour with water and a pinch of salt. Knead into a soft dough and let it rest.

Step 2

Combine mashed potatoes with spices, chilies, and coriander.

Step 3

Divide dough into balls, flatten, fill with potato mix, seal, and roll gently.

Step 4

Roast on a hot tawa with ghee until both sides are golden brown. Serve hot.
